There are definitely companies that charge a lot more than a couple of thousand for a video. Check out PlatinumHD's website. They're mainly in Australia but they also have an office in NYC I believe. They're basically like a small movie production company.

That show is so horribly scripted. Don't believe anything about it.
I have watched 2 episodes and they had the exact same story line

1-Owners want to sell property, but does not want it to be torn down.
2-The offer that comes in is more than what the sellers are asking BUT clients making the offer want to tear it down.
3-AND, they want a closing in 2 hours or the offer will be taken off the table.
