anyone have any experience with these people. The Broker Bruce Hiatt has lied to me so much I am planning on suing him and his brokerage.
1. his website state I was buying a condohotel that had 636 square feet.....it only has 515 according to Trump Press Release.
2. He denies this information was ever on his website(lie,I have the files) and we never discussed the square footage.....who the hell spends 890K and does not ask what they are buying i.e. how much space are you getting.
3. He totally misled me as to the price increase. Bruce Hiatt told me the increase was only about 50K when in fact prices had gone up 140K from first day pricing. He purposely did not disclose this information to me to make a commission.
Can his broker license get revoked for this actions?
If anyone has a similar complaint I would like to hear about it....thanks
Posting several times about this issue is not gonna help. Find out who the other buyers are and write/talk to them directly about this. You will have to sue him/his firm and preserve. And I seriously doubt it if they would revoke Hiatt's license unless you win the lawsuit, even then it might be a stretch.
You might have better luck posting in the Las Vegas area of the forum.
thank you to everyone who responded, I really appreciated all the information here!
