It really is sort of delightful. It's a work of art, really. Of course, I wouldn't hold my breath until they find a buyer.
My daughter's house is for sale. She tends to be colorful, so had to beige it up, but after a few weeks, she is undergoing phase 2 of neutralizing it even further. I sent her the link, and so she feels so much better about herself.

ha. well at least the cat house is good for something!!
I'll bet you can smell the cat **** before you even open the door.
Yup!
That was my first thought upon viewing that abomination of a house.
Many years ago, my brother was a real estate agent, and he obtained a listing for an owner-occupied house in his own town. After setting-up an appointment with the home owner, he brought a prospective buyer to that new listing, and this is what he and the prospective buyer found:
Every room had at least one "deposit" of dog poop on the floor.
The owner/seller sat in his Lazy Boy recliner, ignoring his visitors while they went from room to room, trying to suppress their collective gag reflexes upon finding yet another pile of dog poop in the house. Needless to say, those prospective buyers--and my brother--exited very rapidly, no offer was proffered.
Just imagine what that house would have looked like if my brother hadn't booked an appointment with the seller!
There are actually things I like about this one. Some of the furniture is beautiful and so is the landscaping. The biggest detractor is the wallpaper. Either way it's certainly better than the cat house!
