I don't know about Nevada or California, but in Arizona one can only work for one broker at a time. In order to work under another broker, the agent must sever from the first one.

Anytime a non-agent suggests this there is an EXPLOSION of comments, mostly insults, against the non-agent for daring to even SUGGEST that this could happen.

This guy does not know the answer to his question, does not have access to the forms, yet for some imaginary reason b/c he has a license he wont be a problem in the other agents minds, but an unrepresented buyer doing this same thing would be?! Double Standard much!?

Or pay the agent, with the typical split?
That will make it all go away, and probably honors your end of your agreement with her, right?
