Retiring and closing up shop on November 1 2017.
It's been a real education seeing how real estate is done in other parts of the country. I may still lurk from time to time, but I can't say I will spend much time keeping up.
Many of the regular posters in the business have been fabulous answering questions from the general public (You know who you are).

Nice.....sunny Mexico. Send photos of the wall, lol. I know it's not third world, but I truly envy the reduction of (political) news. It doesn't matter who is in office, the headlines are an embarrassment. Imagine, the biggest decision being what spf to use <sigh, with envy>.......enjoy. We will miss your wit.
