We're not allowed stealth sites.
Prominent display of licensure and brokerage is a basic requirement.

But, an ad in "Services" may be OK.
Photo of a logo with bona fides, etc.
Unless they categorize brokerage as a "Financial Service." No financial services allowed. Apparently no lenders.

You’re too classy for that place Diana. Better suited to the downmarket guys.

Our rules allow us to post teaser ads that link to a landing page, I think all of our bona fides, etc. have to be within one click away... hubby does our advertising and knows the rules better than I do.

Thanks JB, garsh... but we are pretty practical folk! Our potential buyers and clients might well be at a place like LetGo right now looking for a good deal on a tractor! You never know.

You can probably fill your closet with clothes from that video.

On LetGo.

You can try it. It can't hurt. It's not that hard to list on there either. You can also try https://offerup.com/. For some reason, I like the layout of offerup better. I think Facebook yard sales and the Marketplace get more exposure and do better. Have you tried any of those?

I would agree with it probably “couldn’t hurt.” As a buyer I did look on Craigslist primarily for potential FSBO listings, but ended up clicking on a couple that were also listed on the MLS.
