I’m looking at the CB ZIP Realty opportunity in the D/FW area. Any thoughts about them especially as compared to KW and ReMax opportunities that I’m looking at. I am currently working on getting my license and would like some advice on how to proceed. I’m currently teaching and want to transition into the profession full time within the next school year. I have experience as a home loan consultant at WAMU for five years and also working for a Lexus dealer as a service advisor so I do have solid sales experience as well as having coached football and other sports for 16 years. I feel like I have record of success and can do this but want to make a good decision about who I work for first. Any advice would be appreciated!

I just sent you a Direct message with a recommendation. CB is not that strong in the area. There are much better.

I'd be happy to discuss if you want to talk in person.
