Former center of subprime boom struggles with bust - Mar. 27, 2008


I don't know if I have to feel sorry, or not. I did laugh, sorry, when I came to th part of the awards.
Thinking about it a little longer, I'm not feeling sorry. IMO you know what you are selling, and this was a bad, bad, product!!!

The part about the awards was a kick. The last broker I worked for used to throw a monthly awards party - it was kind of a joke considering some of the LO's who won could barely fill out a 1003.

Funny - I was a processor and I have a couple of "staff person awards". Who cares? I'm thinking of writing over them and giving them to my daughter for potty training awards...
