I bought property and now the seller and buyer (me) have to fill out a reconveyance form. The seller got married and her last name has changed. Lets say her old name is Jane Smith and her new name is Jane Doe. How does she sign the document? Jane Smith (now known as Jane Doe) or Jane Doe (formally known as Jane Smith)?

Title company will determine that and also probably have her sign a document that shows her aliases...AKA sheet.
