Input data accurately.

Don't put "barn in back yard" just for the hell of it or "laminate wood" floors instead of hardwood. It really does matter, nobody needs to be in that much of a hurry or uncaring when someone is trying to sell a house. Remember, it's the most important transaction in a person's life. Take it very seriously and your office's customers will appreciate it.

Wished all had your attitude, and the best thing you can do, is keep your positive spirit, as with you watching, helping, and wanting your team to succeed, than you will have a big hand, in making all look better, more professional, and helping keeping in touch with all clients involved. Just plain common courtesy and treating everyone like the golden rule says, will make your team, the best. So keep it up, and stay focused, and you will always be invaluable and most loved by all. Always do the right thing, as being public servants, everyone is looking for the people who show respect and treat them as we want to be treated.
