You can do just about everything you want with Microsoft Publisher.

I actually created a flier on powerpoint that looks nice. I have a stock format saved and for each new listing I just plug in the new info and photos. My personal info is already there so I can make a new flier in about 10 minutes.

Now if you mean those annoying internet spam email fliers, I hate them all. They get marked as spam so I don't emails from that agent anymore, then I unsubscribe.

I second Postlets.

Also like Listing Widget. And I find spam flyers from outside my market annoying...

I have a website with point2agent.com and they have a listing brochure area as part of the "back office". Website is free and so is the brochure area. I also use Top Producer, which has many different kinds of templates for managing different types of communication, plus I can do mass emailings and mailings, and it is a contact database, etc. Check out both of these tools.
