Thought everyone might enjoy taking a quick peek at the current sold prices for residential properties along the Crystal Coast

2008: $232K
2007: $298K
2006: $256K
2005: $314K
2004: $228K
2003: $199K
(Current=August 1 to Present)

Note: The Crystal Coast is the area along the mid-North Carolina coastal region between Cape Hatteras and Wilmington.
