I am a real estate appraiser trainee in California. Do I need to take the examine all over again in NC? Is there a job market for appraisers out there? Thanks

Real Estate and mortgage are major industries here in Charlotte. We are home to Bank of America and Wachovia. As much financing and refinancing as goes on here I would say an appraiser wouldn't have much trouble keeping busy. I'm not sure about the licensing but if you'd like you can send me a pm and I'll give you the name of an appraisal company and you can contact them.

Good luck.
