Hi all,

I've created this site for people interested in buying homes. It is suppose to be used as a tool to either find a good neighborhood or area to move into, or if you've found a house you like to see what it's like in that area.

I'd like to know how useful this might be to home buyers or even to real estate agents. I know the design/appearance of design could use work but for now I'm looking for feedback on functionality. We're also looking to add more selections.

The site is Scout 99: Neighborhood Research, Made Easy. Thanks!

I meant to mention that - some of that data (includes what you mentioned) is from the 2000 census so is a little outdated. It will be updated when the 2010 census comes out.

Also - only Georgia is currently uploaded, but all states can easily be added.
