I saw a referrence to Trulia on the Today Show yesterday, and low and behold, my house is there with a bunch of pictures. Did my agent's company put me there, or does Trulia pull listings from other sites?

Your agent has to put it on directly or subscribe to one of the services that puts listings there. They don't come directly from the MLS.

I put my listings on Trulia. This way they receive more exposure and I can see how many "hits" my listings get on that site.

The answer is, "maybe." I work for an NRT owned and operated company and our listings are fed to Trulia. I also have my own account there and "claim" my listings for my own profile. It's a good place to have your home, Trulia claims to be the fastest growing real estate web site.

How up to date is this site? I was looking at it today. There are so many houses on there that are foreclosures that aren't on the MLS. Are they current?
