Default Do you purchase adv. on different sites?

I understand that the times have hurt everyone in R.E. but as a sellers' agent do you buy additional advertising for unique property or do you rely on just the MLS and "free sites"? EX: Mini farm set up for horses. Would you purchase on a farm site, do a one time adv. to see if you get hits. What would you do to get this out into the market?

Yes I would buy advertising on a site for those niches.
