you are very wise. The responsibility lies soley on the public...do not choose licensees to represent you that are questionable in any way shape or form. Vote to keeep good licensees in the buisness of providing exceptional service and marketing with your hard earned dollars...and make the bad actors go away.

Oh my! how shocking that I should have used a commonly accepted term for a Licened Real Estate sales activity. My abject and profound apologies to any who may have been mislead by such a gross error of my ways.

as a Licensed Real Estate Salesman in Colorado, I had the authority "to act" on behalf of others;

in a good definition, an "agent" is: "One who or that which acts or has power to act", or "one who acts for or by authority of government, company, etc".

I believe posting a government issued license on the wall of my broker's office and acting in his financial and business interests would qualify me as an agent.

It is a common connotation. Just because it is common does not make it correct usage.

"No, you had the authority to be an agent of the brokerage."

YOU JUST CONFIRMED AND ASSERTED MY POINT, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Please try to consider that we're writing to a national site here, and an insignficant point which does not affect the import of my original thought is really only displaying your finely tuned argumentative powers over nothingness ....
