At least there is one honest agent admitting there is real estate fraud, and one with wool in his hands trying to fool everyone.

However, if you keep this thread going long enough, the masses here will run you off based on how this never happens. It's an elusion.

If anyone challeneges me on this point, I'll flood this thread with so many links, you'll drown in them! For real!
Or if you bother to actually read the responses in this thread you would see that not one agent denied there was wrong doing.

The only reason you feel as if you are challenged at every turn is because you continually contradict yourself.

Can you name one profession in the world that does not have unethical people in it?

FYI: elusion is an act of eluding, I believe you meant illusion.

Again, just to make it easier for people to see what agents posted regarding the topic since some don't read the entire thread before posting, here are what the agents and Realtor's posted.

And I'll throw my 2 cents worth in. I think the agent, the attorney and all those involved should rot in jail. It IS people like this, in all of these professions, that give their respective professions a black eye.

Since the commission has refered the matter to state prosecutors it appears they are going after her license and seeking criminal charges. The full monty!!

The article doesn't mention it but I'd suggest the lawyer may have his own problems with the bar association.

I would not be surprised if they both get some "free rent" complements of the state's dept. of corrections!

I don't doubt you can post hundreds of cases. After all, there are well over a million agents in the US. I'd be surprised if there were not more than a few hundred cases.

1-Things like that to make the industry look bad.
2-She asked about penalties including the license being revoked.
3-I'm challenging you on your contention that agents are unethical. I suspect you have no higher% of the things in RE as you do any other industry. Where's your links?

I agree, they should check. Or perhap you can't comprehend that sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many people are sick and tired of the lies, false promises, scams, and misleading tactics (that they pay $thousands for) that there might just be a few more people out there willing to speak out about it.

We pay you people to do what, exactly? And in return for the EASY money, all we ask for is your attention, honesty, integrity, and to follow the law! Something in my experience that has rarely happened! And to think we have to pay for this?!?!

If the above had only happened to me once, I could perhaps understand. But in my own dealing with agents, it almost always has come down to what is in their best interest and never mine! ALWAYS! This is a common factor in distain for using agents to sell or buy anything! You can check back for my own thread here and as time permits, I will fill you in on my own personal stories surrounding the use of agents and the scams and lies they have engaged in. From small ones, to big ones.

And to be fair, there are two agents I've worked with that were honest, ethical and law abiding. I will tell my experience with them also.
