Default Kazork anyone?

So GMAC sends me a dear john email telling me that they are "going in a different direction" with their marketing on a property that I was the "pre-listing agent"

They haven't listed it because the previous owner has been squatting on the place for the past 3 months while they try to get the eviction process finalized.

I sent them back a fairly nasty email asking them how they could possibly rate my service when they hadn't even experienced my service. Without my help they would have foreclosed on the property's mailbox as it is different than the situs address.

They replied telling me they are going to put it on Kazork.com which is some sort of auction website. Anyone know anything about Kazork other than it has the most ludicrous name?

So I look up properties in my county and they come back with 3 of them. The first one I click on takes me to someplace near Ann Arbor MI, just a couple of thousand mile off. The second one takes me to a property owned by another real estate agent I know, but some pretty face has her image all over it. The third isn't a valid address in my county so the map thing takes me to Bakersfield, CA only about a 3 hour drive on a good day.

Good luck folks!

Maybe you should ask "Mr. Cranky Pants."

I remembered this thread, and remember checking out Kazork, but they didn't have anything of interest here.

Reading the fine print on the site says it is a SaaS site, and affiliated with GMAC as an asset manager to engage agents to list REO's.
But, they also have listings that are not REO's, syndicated from folks who allow them to be posted there.

Interesting. There is hardly any mention of Kazork on Active Rain. A search yielded only about 10 results, including, coincidentally I am sure, an AR member of the same last name as the CD member who coined the moniker, "Mr Cranky Pants."

LOL...I remember that. Bunch of 1 post wonders. Let us know what you find out. I'm sure they'd have been better with you handling it. Their (their/they're) loss.

A kazork representative just called me and said that GMAC is "rethinking" their strategy. I'm on track with either of them to sell the property. Usually my fairly nasty emails just get me in trouble

Maybe you should just grab your guitar and serenade them instead.
