What's funny is when you look through the real estate books and they have pictures of the realtors - then you meet them and it's obvious the pictures are really old.

Geez, I was pretty hot once too - but I sure wouldn't put up an old picture. It would just result in disappointment!!

And besides - I want to see more about the house and less about the realtor's appearance.

To me, it says a lot about the character of a realtor when they use their High school prom photo as their mug shot for their listings when their 52! LMAO

I know agents who photoshop their photos too. What wrong with an agent taking advantage of not having to use these tactics? I mean the blonde is pretty hot. If she can sell homes using this, hey why not? Sex sales, always has, probably always will.

So wait...you complain about the lack of ethics in real estate, but are okay with an agent using sex to sell herself. How does this make you think agents are professional?

I take exception to the idea you have provided here, that a pretty woman cannot be ethical. Pretty women come both ethical and unethical. Wow, what an assumption on your part.

The "commercial" has a sexy apeal to it, just like the newest Coke commercial and Ford sales campaign does. Sexy does not equate to unethical.

I didn't say a pretty woman can't be ethical. I'm just stunned that you, of all people, who complain about the lack of professionalism in real estate is totally okay with an agent using sex to sell herself.

The video screams bimbo, which is pretty much what you think of real estate agents. So a pretty bimbo is okay in real estate, but an unattractive bimbo isn't?

Pretty women sell stuff. This is not a new concept. Does she take it too far? That is a matter of personal opinion and taste I suppose. I see nothing wrong with it personally. If she can grab a nitch market using her looks and humorous appeal, then all the more power to her. If people are disgusted by the ad, then she has failed and done her own self in.

A tall hottie...that's all I ask for in my real estate agents. You could have your own video...2 tall 4 real estate

You could do a whole vlog on how you have to duck in doorways in old houses, and how you have to walk sideways in some of those old upstairs attic areas that have been converted.
