Are you seriously telling me that you would hire an agent with a tag line of "2 hot 4 real estate?" If so, I guess I'd better rethink mine...
As a grizzled old sonuvagun I don't think that agent's ability to capture the nuances of why things are so messed up are quite up to my own, but I tell ya' if I had a glitzy place I wanted 'maximum exposure' for I would seriously consider working with such an agent.
At first I thought that was joke. If you get past the video and the name of the company itself, and I'm not complaining about it, the girl knows the numbers. She may appear ditsy initially but if you pay attention I'd say it's more of an act. I'd say she's probably better informed than a lot of agents out there. I may not be crazy about using sex appeal to get business, but hey if it works for you by all means...

You know I watched two more of her videos and they were much better. Less sex used to sell.
The problem is that "2 hot" works when you are young, but for longevity...not sure many 40 year old women would use that tag line.
