I called the "broker" up and asked about it and she had no clue about any of the details of the property.
Ok, but how does that have any affect on virtual offices? I suppose if you have a multitude of agents then it would make more sense.

imho a broker regardless of a virtual office should know what is going on with his or her agents though, right?

Although I know the virtual office business model is a very viable one in CA. Does anyone know if it is legal in Arizona. AND...is there a broker here who is licensed in more than one state and runs offices out of both (virtual or not?)

It's legal in AZ. I know a broker that runs his business out of his home in Gilbert with several excellent agents working for him around the Phoenix area. Does very well.

Speaking as a consumer, I do not think I would go to someone's house on a professional matter. I did once (a tax accountant many years ago) and I just felt funny. Subsequent years, I went to his office even though it was farther for me.
