We are looking for an aggressive realtor in the Port Charlotte, Florida area. We would like someone that truly honest, strong marketer and will work hard for their commission. We had a bad experience recently with a realtor that made a lot of false promises. They didn't advertise and were only listed on two websites ... the MLS and Realtor.com. When they did the CMA they weren't real sure on what the price should be and started us way high. Now 4 months later here we sit with only one showing. We are willing to drop quite a bit but want someone that is very aggressive in their marketing plan. We have a 4/1 with a pool. Thank you for your help.
If anyone else is looking at this thread and is also curious -- a CRS is a Certified Residential Specialist. This is known as a "designation" and is somewhat like an advanced degree in the real estate field.
I too can "send" an agent (referral at no charge) if anyone needs that. We are FAST!
