When to purchase home warranty (accept, Realtor, seller, house)

I will ask my realtor about this, but would like an answer ASAP, and feel it's too late to call her tonight. We'll be putting our house on the market soon, and I was wondering if we buy the home warranty when we put the house on the market or when (if) we accept an offer? Thanks!

Do it before. Check with your Realtor in regards to the HW but ours covers the seller while it's on the market and it can help sell the home.
