Housing market appears to have stabilized at the bottom it says - hmm - ok people, hurry, run, go fast, buy it all, write your offers now, get um cheap while you can, things will never be this good again - oh man, never mind, too late, prices went up while you were reading, have to wait for the next major bust period..Dang it, oh well.
I bought my house in May... During June, prices were STILL falling... July, prices falling again... that is just my area... I go by what's going on in my area... so far prices dropped another 5% from May to July... its okay, I got a great deal... wished I didn't lock in at 4.75% when it dropped to like 4.5%?? I forget but it was LOW...
