USMC - First, thank you for your service!

Now, on this other issue... It looks as if things may smooth out just a bit, which is great. If you can, you may want to get a witness/neutral third party (and maybe have them in uniform!) in there to be around during the walk-through. Also, have you been able to talk to JAG? Hopefully they were able to give you some advice.

One other thing, and I kinow this is slightly off-topic, since you closed last year, were you able to qualify for the tax credit? And the only reason I bring this up, is if not, and you were deployed during the tax credit timeframe, there is a military extension for deployed service members. I'm trying to make sure all of the military folks I know are aware of this and pass it on! I have friends moving to Ohio this spring from Germany and they are qualifying!

Anyway, keep us posted on how the walk-through goes and best of luck!

Thank you. Actually I missed both of the tax credits; the $8k i missed because I am not a first time home buyer and sold my other home in 2008 and i purchased my current home in 2010 and i think there is a 3 year window or something like that. I Missed the $6k tax credit too, I forget what it's for but i know i missed both of them!
