Default What is just value compared to assessed value?

If a property has an assessed value of say 9000. The just value is 300,000. What does this mean?

oh and the appraised value is also 9000. This property is land only. It has not property on it.

Assessed value - is the value that the property tax is based on.

Just value - Market value - what the property sold for.

ok, well the property was not sold but would just value be what the property could or should sell for?
