I agree. What would be your concerns?

I'd rather have a contractors home than a DIY special! My home was built by a painting contractor and all the finishes are great, but over the years I've run across some questionable carpentry. No worries there for me because in my younger days I was a journeyman carpenter.

Our seller's first name was Harry and we have a phrase to describe the less than perfect parts. "Oh Harry"!

Contractors are just people. Some are competent, some aren't. Some have pride of ownership, others are like people who live in DC and never go to the Smithsonian, i.e. they never touch their own house.
I agree with those who recommend proceeding as if it were just another house. If of course this contractor is someone with a local stellar reputation and the care of the house is obvious that's a bit of a different story.
