The house is selling for 118,000. House is also a foreclosure and house has no back yard and garage.
The driveway is real seep I think and if go off the edge on the right you could fall 15 and 25 feet down. Going up the driveway is also wet with water and slick in places. The driveway is cement from bottom to top. In the winter it looks like be dangerous to use the driveway.
You cann't have a deck at the sliding glass door in the back of the house because of a rock cliff. The picture shows it below,
Whether it's a good deal or not depends largely upon how stable that hillside is, and what kind of runoff potential there is coming towards the house from above...
Looks like you have potential water damage on the side of the house, as the house is below grade on that side. Water coming down and standing along that exterior wall could already have begun to cause water damage....

If you read the ad, it's city water and septic tank.
That size house, not very old (1997) on an acre might be a good deal if it's below the price of other homes in the area and you get a really good inspection. Besides the regular home inspection I would write into the
deal an engineering inspection. That place would be about $350,000 around here, hill or not.
