'Overreacting? Are you kidding? You must be a saint. My hat goes off to you for such a tremendous show of patience and understanding. You were treated extremely shabbily. As I have repeatedly posted to others, and it is my favorite line: Please, please, contact the Broker/Owner of the company that this incompetent and rude person has his license with. Asking you to pay for an ad? Never...You having to put up the signs? Never...
I strongly suggest that you do go with another company or after a face to face meeting with the current Broker/Owner ask to have your listing assigned to another agent. Explain to this person ALL that you have in this post.
Go over all of the details that you know and feel are important to you. After going through this experience you are more qualified than some agents out there, esp. the one that you have had to deal with. Best wishes and the best of Luck to you. Please keep us posted.

Semper Fi!

My husband is a Marine (not active, but ALWAYS a Marine) and I cannot believe what Mr. Donkey has done. He should in NO WAY call himself a MARINE by any stretch of the imagination!

I understand the stress of having a loved one deployed to Iraq, and anyone who is or has been military related knows that as well .....

My son is a Captain in the AF flying the in-flight re-fueling jets ....scares me to death when he is deployed every few months (3 months home, 3 months there ...has wife and two babies at home). I understand how terrifying it can be!!

Believe me when I say not ALL real estate agents are as Mr. Donkey ..... he/she truly is an A__ and has no concept of the Marine Corp Code .... lose this jerk! You've been given some great advice on this post .... I hope you will take it!

Keep the faith! The REALl Marine Corp is there for you!!
