There was nothing wrong with our yard. She was just being a nosey busy body.

lol I never even gave it a thought to moving near him/her. But as long as he/she didn't bother me I wouldn't bother him/her. But if he/she came over and told me that my yard needed watered every other day and that I needed to mow it every 3 days I'd laugh at him/her & put 20 or 30 pink flamingos in my front yard.

I have to spread the love around before repping you again so please consider yourself repped!

Thank you. It just seemed to me that there are different kinds of things that make for an undesirable neighborhood. For some, it's an RV. For others, it's a particular kind of neighbor who thinks that their taste should be the arbiter of everyone's.

My neighbor and I get along great with yard work - he doesn't bother to mow his tiny little patch of lawn more than once every 2-3 weeks, I don't bother to do my tiny little patch of lawn more than once every 2-3 weeks. So since they're both so small, one of us does both one week, the other gets it the next, and if we miss a week, eh, who cares.

Though the majority of our front yard is garden. Just harvested the green beans, broccoli, and some of the tomatoes.

I buy in HOA controlled neighborhoods because, sorry to say, some people do need to be controlled.

I feel no such need.

I don't really like HOAs but, as I said before, where I live the City will not allow you to keep an RV on the street. Almost everyone has an RV Gate and space along the side of the house.

I don't know whether it will affect the sale price of your house, but just to make a comment, does an RV parked outside TWO HOUSES DOWN REALLY diminish the potential buyer's quality of life so much as to decrease the value of the home? (I know for some people it would, but I don't understand it) Some people are REALLY finicky and REALLY picky about things! Generally, I DO NOT like to associate with such people! Guacala!

(The same goes with work trucks or even food trucks, except if they are in really bad condition - I prefer to live in a REAL environment to a ridiculously sanitized one, and I really don't understand those who don't!)
