How do you reach the potential buyers who might be keen to invest prime properties overseas market?
There is a housing developer instead of marketing it to the locals at the launch of its new high end condo properties, was packaging most of the sales to foreigners. WHile they buy en bloc, the market is steadily keep up the price outpacing other areas by a large margin.
