Good for you, smart move. I lived in this type of situation up until last year, and I'd really feel for any renters you'd have. I'm stunned at the lack of respect by some neighbors. I didnt know Tx. was as bad as Ca. though. ( thats where I moved from ) Even though I agree with the poster who said that, that was a foolish statement Jose said, about a mexican would be ok with it, Jose might be right. On a street of 13 homes, not any of them complained, but the rest of us sure did. It never did a lick of good though, so little by little, we just gave them the whole street. Good luck finding another sweet deal with good neighbors.
Man, how dare some people enjoy their property instead of treat it like a porcelain doll they invested in that needs to be tended to with velvet gloves...

The problem is, Jose & his crew were enjoying the OP's property! ( and trashing it ) And who wants to Hear the neighbors blasting their music?
Buy it. These guys sound like fun as opposed to the stuffy HOA types.
Its back on the market......YOU buy it! I'll even give you my electrician and climate contacts. It is a killer deal for an individual with your disposition. All I can say about that place is ........Adios y vaya con dios!
No thanks, that would require going to Texas. I like it better north of the M-D.
