is it possible to find a place like this on the beach? Or did that ship sail :-D
Condo would work, but I do not want to live in a place with dogs. I'm studying and need the quiet. Also would like dark sky, but that seems unlikely.
Cash buyer & willing to do some cosmetic fixes.
Tried the google search-but don't want to go through every realtor on the Gulf Coast. Prefer Gulf Coast but will consider East Coast.

anything is possible. Search for a multi family property that has beach access and no dogs/pet restrictions, gulf coast - so Texas to Florida, and ?? price range.
