It is bank owned. Some of those are pretty cheap and sometimes they don't include pictures of damaged rooms. The only negative I saw is that it is facing the end of a street and cars headlights will be shining into your windows as they drive down the street at night.

I have first-hand knowledge of this community due to some friends. Google New Colony Village. It was an experiment in "reasonable cost housing" in Howard Co Maryland. All homes were manufactured and original owners owned the house but not the land. When the last of the new homes were put up, no one would finance the resales. Eventually the house owners were able to buy their tiny lots but not before a LOT of homes went under foreclosure.
