See a lawyer because if she isn't payig then perhaps you has co=owner under the divorce decree have standing to have it modified by judge.She has obaligtonsunder its terms.

You obviously have not been through your divorce since the issue would have been settled. There is absolutely nothing you can do unless you get an order from the judge and an eviction would not work since you are still married. Are you just mad because she gets to live rent free while the divorce is ongoing?

Why would you want her out since we have to assume the mortgagee will soon own the house? It will be their job to evict your ex-wife. And they will in order to place the property back on the market.

Anyone that settles a divorce without requiring their former spouse to refinance should realize they're accepting liability until the mortgage is paid off.

If it is already in the foreclosure process, what difference does it make ? It would be up to the lender to decide how to deal with it.
