I love the colors in your house. I do have a question however.. a little off topic. Whenever I'm looking through the pics of homes for sale and the family has a boy and a girl.. The girls room is very well decorated and the boys room is kind of blah. I have two girls so mines is decorated equally.. however what's the deal with the boys' room?? I always want to ask this question.

Another thing... Zillow.com (where your house is listed and is a very popular site) shows homes in your neighborhood sold for 75k - 85k... the one on 133 Newcastle ave sold for 75k and it's also a 3bd 2bath with 1216sq ft on a 9147 lot.. Your home is priced over 130k more than that and you only have 30 more sq ft on the same lot size.
