Review the MLS listing as soon as possible.

Please give me more insight. I am assuming no interest = too high price.

Bad photos, unappealing property description, etc a lot can go wrong.

Not a good sign. I don't think you can post a link to your listing here. However, you can probably post your address or MLS number and people can look it up.

I think it's OK for a non-agent to post a link to the Realtor.com listing page.

I'm not a pro, but would be interested in taking a look and offering comments. You can always delete the link/ edit the MLS # in a few hours/ days.

MLS # 6068123

When you see my address on the listing...re-type it into google and you can see the amount of exposure and online marketing that our realtors are doing. Thanks so much!!

I think your house is nice and the google search turns up a lot, but maybe it's priced too high? Just a quick search of the immediate area near you yields:

MLS # 6069577 Sq ft: 2,382 $210K
MLS # 5989875 Sq ft: 2,242 $166K
MLS # 6009335 Sq ft: 1,600 $125K

Also, I saw some new construction properties right up the street for sale.

I would guess that your price is too high or that the market just isn't there right now. Again, I'm no pro and using 1 variable (sq footage), but it seems your price may be too high.
