If you haven't had any showings, it's probably price. I would very surprised if you could sell your home now for anywhere near what you paid for it in 2007 - especially if it was new construction when you bought it.

Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

It's a boring little house on a boring little lot in the middle of what used to be a cornfield.

$210,000 is far more than I'd pay for that.

Where are the photos of master, baths, back yard? All I see is the family room from too many angles.

MLS # 5989875 Sq ft: 2,242 $166K
MLS # 6009335 Sq ft: 1,600 $125K

Also, I saw some new construction properties right up the street for sale.

I would guess that your price is too high or that the market just isn't there right now. Again, I'm no pro and using 1 variable (sq footage), but it seems your price may be too high.
Thank you for taking a look!! Very much appreciated unlike Unresearched comments on here!

You can't take it personally. You have made the place home...
but to an outsider it's just one of many houses they can choose from

Yea and one of the nicest on our block. Restating your reply would be decent of you. We don't need you to buy it for that, there's others at there.

It looks like the $125,000 priced home was a mobile home.
Also, the $166,000 home was a short sale as well as the $210,000 home.

The market is picking up in DE and most people aren't hundreds of thousands under on their home loan...like say the CA market. "Anywhere near"? Most people around here are not making loads of money. But, also being able to get what they bought for.
