Good point. OP show this thread to your new attorney. He will likely want you to have it removed.

Or just ask a mod to remove it. Maybe come back when it's all over and let us know how it came out.

OP don't waste your time...what is writ is writ. The internet does not give back. Various places have copied the site and have it forever. Any competent attorney will produce it in a few days and will end up questioning you about why you removed it.

I can testify to it. In a copyright dispute I had an opposing attorney produce a discussion I was involved in on copyright five years before and on a non-web service. Actually did him no good...just proved that I was aware of CR and how it worked...but he tried.

Honestly I don't think anything incriminating has been said by the OP here so I don't think it would go against her in court, but it will be interesting to see what the attorney says.

Good Luck with everything Pajama Mama!!!

I did ask for it to be deleted. I got paranoid. I did discuss a little strategy so it would probably be better to not have it available in a google search. Also, when deposed..it they had this info..I'm sure they could turn things around and use it against me. If they do delete this one..I will start a new one to keep y'all updated. Thanks so much for the support guys..it has been great!

Agree that no matter the outcome, PJ Mama MUST come back and tell us what happened. This thread has been the most compelling I've ever read on C-D.

The thread will stay...mod said it's too big to delete. I will continue to post general updates. In the mean time..I will probably be on the mental health forum.

I'm so happy things are getting started with the lawyer. Our tiny home outside of Pittsburgh is full of drama (looks like mortar in basement needs to be repointed) ... but not on your level!!!!

Good luck - will be looking forward to updates.. Can't even imagine so much fraud/error/incompetence coming together...

basically - you had the "perfect storm".

best to you! Rooting for the sale to be over turned, and your expenses refunded, and a little bit of monetary damages for your *considerable* suffering.
