First off, MANY real estate professionals take their education far beyond the basic minimum and get designations that come from programs that require time and money and diligence -- programs like GRI, CRS, CRB, CCIS, ABR, SIOR and many more. In todays world, computer knowledge - is essential and I'm not simply talking about the bare minimums.

I've been in the Real Estate Profession, as a PROFESSIONAL for over 40 years. Is RE for everyone? No. Then again neither is Medicine or Law (and I know people who went to Med / Law school and then dropped out.
