Do they have to contact the builders agent for him to Grant them access? This is a model home where the gargage was the office and. Had to be converted. He came out once with just 3 easy conditions which are suppose to be completed. Now the second time he comes does he have to contact the builders again to schedule a time or just come out? I just wondered how this works.

If the house has a lockbox it may not require him to contact someone. If not the agent or builder will need to let him in.
