I'm personally fond of knowing the entire subject matter being tested. I think you should know all chapters 100%. If you are just going to know certain sections enough to pass, I would pity the broker you end up working for. There are plenty of real estate agents that just skate by, please don't be one of them.

And good luck on taking the test too!

The MD test was so easy it was almost insulting, and to think several people taking it with me were repeaters several times over.

o yea off coarse i am trying to read all the chapters and know them 100 percent so far i took 3 small quizzes for 3 chapters. my scores were

18 out of 20
11 out of 14
10 out of 10

not bad but im trying to learn the whole thing and get a 90+ on that exam

i hope the new york exam is a breeze to but either way im trying to know this stuff by heart.
