Default appraisal question

in a one bedroom how much would an extra 1/2 bath be? Separate jacuzzi tub? Additional sitting room?

How much would it come down for some highway noise?

thank you!

It's best to call a local appraiser for this info, as it will vary by where you live. It's all variable to the overall value of houses...the more they are worth, the larger the adjustment is likely to be. There's no way anyone here can make a realistic estimate without having extensive experience and knowing your personal area very well (within 2 miles).
