Idle curiosity: Have you ever known or been in a situation in which a buyer had, say, 10 cats, and was able to get accepted in a condo building as a buyer?

We only have 7 cats, but it will be up to 9 and I expect to care for many cats most of my life. We own a 4 bedroom house and are not moving, but I want to know: What if we ever did and wanted to move to a condo? Is this an impossible mix? Many cats and a condo purchase?

Thanks.

I recently sold a condo where the owner had 6 cats. I don't think there was a limit on the number of cats an owner could have. The cats destroyed the flooring, of course, and the place was pretty gross when the owner finally moved out but it happened.

In many communities there are zoning laws about how many pets one may have in a single dwelling.

Most condos limit the number of pets.
