Just got off the phone with a new RE agent , from the same company .. our old agent quit and is now a teacher , but she told me the company had all my paperwork and everything was in the system .. I am a client of the company .. didn't really get any explanation as to why I wasn't informed , of course I wouldn't expect her to give that though .
