Found a site called - Foreclosurenest.com
There's a pretty good list of direct foreclosure sources I started using to search for local foreclosures. Is there any other good sources out there (free of course) not interested in things like realtytrac

Find out what company/companies do the most foreclosures in your area and contact them. For example, in my area, a large majority are done by ReconTrust and Northwest Trustee Services, both of whom have websites with free membership ( you have to sign up, but no credit card is required). In addition, Pioneer Title posts theirs on a free to join website as well. Our local Alliance Title has me on their mailing list and emails me daily schedules about their auctions. Call around a little and find out who your local equivalents are and start there.
