Charlotte NC House for sale, moving to Boca Raton
Hi, I have received a job offer from Boca Raton and will be moving to Boca Raton Florida. Does anyone know if there is "House Swap" possible... I would buy the house in Florida and sell the one in Charlotte NC ...

heck man, a lot of ppl would make that swap for sure... just dont know how sensible it is since ppl are picky (can be picky) when buying houses... i know i am... 
i love charlotte. be sure this is what you wanna do. most ppl down here are trying to get up there |

There are alot of home swap websites popping up all over the net since the market has went south...
If folks were willing to do the swaps, or even knew about that as an option, it might help...solve, no, but I'm willing to bet there would be alot less inventory out there....
Anyone looking for middle Georgia? LOL

Hi, we are in the same boat. Our Charlotte home is for sale and we are living in Palm Beach, FL area. Our house has been on the market for 3 months. Every interested party has a house to sell in Florida.
We just listed our house on ree.com-real estate exchange network. We have had 6 inquiries in about 5 days. Try listing there especially if your house is in the 500,000 to 800,000 range. We are at a higher pricepoint so have had offers to trade our house for multiple properties.
There is also a swap category on craigslist.com and onlinehousetrading.com. Also tradeaway.com and caretotrade.com. Hope this helps. Best wishes. |

Not swapping, but we are getting ready to sell our house in East Boca Raton and moving to Chapel Hill area.
(BTW we're in an excellent school district!)

Hi, there are several websites for home swaps. I have my Charlotte, NC house on several sites and have received a number of inquiries and a few swap offers. Some sites are: domuswap.com, westpalmbeach.craigslist.org, tradeyourrealestate.com, ree.com (I think this one is the best), onlinehousesolutions.com Hope this helps. Best wishes! |
