If your realtor is making you feel like you did something wrong, you are with the wrong realtor. You have the right to require peace of mind. Your realtor is making a big chunk of money off the transaction, more than your Loan Officer. Demand adequate service.

That is what your agent is for is to coordinate those things for you. Out here the asset management companies do the de and re-winterizing. If your agent's HUD instructions are different follow the instructions on the HUD site for that property.

There are explicit directions on the HUD and Pemco (or manager's site) that tell you exactly what to do. Follow them.
