Another showing
We just got a call from a realtor that has a couple who wants to see our home tomorrow. This state of flux I am in is so confusing. I look forward to the showing and we do still have someone who looked at our house last week who we were told loved the house but they want to see some more and then We have the couple who saw our home on realtor. com who really wanted to buy untill her husbands job relocation co said that if their home didn't sell in 3 months they would have to do a short sale but her husband has to come down here for his job and they now have their home on the market. So many if's. It does sound like us though we have gone to NC three times and looked at a few homes three times and I am so sure I am driving those people nuts.We are so ready to just make an offer on a home in NC and ask for a 60 day close. All three of the homes would work for us.

Best of luck to you. Hopefully something will work out soon, it's so hard to be in a state of not knowing where you will be. Just 2 days ago I thought we would be here for the winter and yesterday we got an offer we accepted, still have to go through the home inspection though. Try to think positive :-)

Thank you all for your positive thoughts. Our realtor just called and we have another showing a few hours later. So right after 1st couple leave I have re vacuum the house but this time I do not mind.

Wouldn't that be nice.That happened to us only three times when we sold a home.The last one was the best.One day on the market and $30,000 over asking price and that wasn't the highest but they had cash. Only in Ca.We have also been in bad markets so I am not getting my hopes up. |
